Position Overview

We are looking for a Creative Technologist / Unity Developer to support the development of a premium real-time product presentation experience.

This is not a typical Unity role focused on gameplay or standard UI implementation. We are looking for someone who understands visual quality, motion, and interaction, and can translate artistic direction into a polished real-time experience.

You will work on an existing Unity application and help elevate it toward a more cinematic, premium, Apple-style presentation.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, design, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Real-Time Experience Development

• Develop and improve interactive product presentation systems in Unity

• Implement high-quality transitions, animations, and motion-driven UI

• Translate visual concepts and motion design into real-time interaction

• Improve product reveal, comparison, and feature presentation flows

Creative & Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with art direction and motion designers

• Evaluate feasibility of visual ideas and propose technical solutions

• Align visual ambition with real-time constraints

• Contribute to overall look & feel and experience quality

Optimization & Integration

• Optimize performance across different hardware environments

• Work within an existing Unity project and improve its structure and quality

• Integrate new features without breaking existing systems

Requirements

Experience

• Strong professional experience with Unity

• Experience building interactive, visually polished real-time applications

• Background in product visualization, branded experiences, or interactive presentations

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of animation systems, transitions, and sequencing

• Experience with Timeline, Cinemachine, or similar tools

• Solid understanding of performance optimization in real-time environments

• Ability to work with and improve existing codebases

Creative Sensitivity

• Strong eye for motion, timing, composition, and presentation quality

• Ability to collaborate with artists and understand visual direction

• Interest in cinematic presentation and premium digital experiences

Communication

• Good spoken and written English

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members

• Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment

Nice to Have

• Experience in automotive, luxury product visualization, or interactive installations

• Technical art knowledge (shaders, lighting, rendering)

• Experience with touch interfaces and swipe interactions

• Background in motion-heavy or cinematic UI experiences
